Nurse Practitioner located in Los Gatos, CA
Nurse Practitioner
I was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, then spent 15 years in beloved Portland, Oregon before hopping down to California, a long-realized dream. I received an associate's RN degree at Western Kentucky University in 2008, as well as a Bachelor's in Nursing at Linfield University in 2017. Then completed a Masters in Nursing at Simmons University in the Winter of 2023. My interest in dermatology was inspired by my troubled skin beginning as a teen through my late 20s. I have been enthusiastically practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology since 2012.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I work with people of all ages, all are welcome. I enjoy building trusting relationships with every one of my patients. I am a lifelong learner. If I am unsure of the answers to your questions I will use my resources to find out. Currently, I am studying to sit for the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Board Certification.
When not at the clinic, I am spending time at the beach with my marvelous husband and two perfect dog-children, Ruben + Pip. My hobbies include staying up-to-date in dermatology, exploring local forests, beaches, and food scenes, perusing local museums and farmer’s markets, as well as cooking and traveling.
Two truths and one lie: I have two tattoos. I did a keg stand at my wedding. I love fried okra. Which do you think is a lie?
